I love working with kids and I am interested in becoming an elementary teacher so this is the perfect job for me.  It gives me the opportunity to teach different ages while determining the pros and cons of each grade level.  One of the benefits of being a substitute teacher is you are your own boss.  You can set your own schedule.  When I need or simply want a day off, I take it.  Also, I pick the districts I want to work in.
